I'm a French Chef Caterer and a Private Chef (Founder of www.laflamme-sf.com) and I have been living in Berkeley.
I grew up in a village near Strasbourg in Alsace (North-East of France), then I lived for 12 years in the South-East (Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Toulon).
From my childhood, I was always attracted by the smells coming from my father's kitchen, the mixtures of flavors, the different spices ... I have always enjoyed spending time in my kitchen (my favorite room!).
Preparing good food for my family and friends, hosting parties at home has always been obvious, my excitement coming with tasty menus!
Very curious, I love discovering every day mouth-watering new recipes.
